Locally owned and operated by Matt and Melissa Pollack, MP Construction & Excavation, LLC is a residential construction and remodeling business located in Carroll County, Maryland. We serve the surrounding areas, including Sykesville, Mount Airy, Woodbine, New Windsor, Westminster, New Market, Lisbon, and Cooksville, to name a few.
Matt and Melissa started small, providing home improvement in 1999 by installing trim carpentry. As MP Construction’s reputation grew, so did the need for quality construction and remodeling in Carroll County. Now a full-service contractor and new home builder, that same care is still put into each and every project.
MP Construction specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, but it does not stop there. We bring attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship to many other projects including finished basements, additions, and even new custom homes.

As required by law, Matt is a fully licensed contractor with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission and carries all insurances as required by the state. He is on-site for every project, ensuring that all work is carried out appropriately, customer expectations are surpassed, and everyone stays safe. Melissa is a phone call or email away at all times, answering questions about scheduling, billing, or any other general questions you may have.
